Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
After-hours urgent care instructions provided at check-in.
New Patients
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Location & Parking
Located at 11306 Church Bend Ct, Germantown, MD 20876. Free parking is available in the adjacent lot. Easy access from I-270 and Route 355.
